Trump: Defund the Police!

The Independent is reporting that: "Donald Trump has called on Republicans in Congress to defund both the Department of Justice and FBI, less than 24 hours after a historic and unprecedented day for America, when the former president was arrested and arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court over hush money payments including to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
This is not the first time that Trump has called for defunding law enforcement; the former President has repeatedly called for the defunding of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), stating that the organization was "out of control" and needed to be reined in. Trump also criticized the FBI's handling of the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server, stating that the bureau "let her off the hook" as early as 2016.
