Feds Investigate Wells Fargo for Phony Interviews

The feds are after Wells Fargo again! This time Wells is being accused of interviewing Latino/a & African American job applicants for jobs that did not actually, in reality, in truth, even exist. It looks like (and I do mean allegedly) Wells wanted to appear like they were open to hiring "minorities" but were not ready to interview any for jobs that they had not already filled.
According to Fortune, the investigation is being conducted by the civil rights unit of the US Attorneys' office.
Wells Fargo is saying it needs to review its hiring policies, and apparently, the feds want a peek at them as well.
