LA Councilman de Leon Refuses to Resign!

The pressure is mounting on LA City Council member Kevin de Leon.
De Leon, LA City Council representatives Nury Martinez, and Gil Cedillo were caught on tape using racially loaded language while attempting to rig council district maps in their favor.
So far the upset has resulted in the resignation of Nury Martinez and silence from Gil Cedillo who had already lost his re-election bid due to the prophetic wisdom of his constituents.
The outlier is Council Representative Kevin De Leon who has announced via a local media tour that he will not resign even though the calls for his departure are deafening.
