Is ICE Is Spying On ...You?

Georgetown University has released a bombshell report that claims that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) has developed a system that gives them the ability to spy on almost everyone in the United States.

ICE which has, in the view of many of its critics, become a rogue agency, spent billions of dollars on a wide-ranging system that can track anyone that raises its suspicion.
