Fonda Calls for Media Diversity

Amid a virtual brown-out at this year's Golden Globe awards, mega-star Jane Fonda called for more media diversity. The night was one of those now-familiar Hollywood awards gone virtual, but Fonda stuck to reality while accepting a lifetime achievement award. Throughout the evening, top elected officials and Latino/a stars tweeted criticisms about the lack of brown voices among this year's nominees. Jane Fonda channeled their frustrations.
