DACA Student and Immigrant Sue Big Lender

A judge is allowing a class-action lawsuit to proceed against millennially hip loan company SoFi. SoFi distinguishes itself in the marketplace as being a white hat lender that helps relieve high-interest student loans.
According to the lawsuit you can't be a DREAMer or any type of immigrant and get service from the SF-based cool financiers.
No doubt that the high-tech online lending platform attempted to stop the lawsuit through one of those very established white shoe big old-fashioned law firms.
